Conference Registration

Welcome to the 49th NAfME Northwest Division Biennial In-Service Conference Registration.

All Northwest and All State Concert Tickets. One ticket gains admittance to all Saturday concerts

Tickets are not required for the Friday night Jazz Concert, February 14, or for the Sunday afternoon, February 16 Junior All-State Concerts

Registration

This form will walk you through your registration options and add-ons, such as special meals events. We only accept credit card and PO numbers for payment on this platform.

All membership types are available for pre-registration.

One and two day passes will only be available starting the date of the conference.

Your NAfME Membership must be current through the conference end date, February 15th, 2026.

All-Northwest and All-State tickets are not available as part of conference registration. Purchase them here: All Northwest and All State concert tickets. One ticket gets you into all concerts

  • Collegiate: $35
  • Student Non-Member: $40

Conference Start (starting February 13th)

Two Day Pass:
  • NAfME Member, Introductory Member: $240
One Day Pass:

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations/refund requests must be received by January 31st. No refunds will be processed after that date for any reason. There is a processing charge of 25% of the registration fee for all cancellations/refunds. Cancellations after January 31st, are not refundable.

Attendee Information

If attendees will be paying separately for their conference meals they will be emailed a registration confirmation with a link to add and pay for their meals.
