Conference Registration

Welcome to the 54th WMEA State Conference Registration.

This form will walk you through your registration options and add-ons, such as meals and special events. We accept credit card and PO numbers for payment.

All membership types are available for pre-registration. One and two day passes will only be available after the start of the conference.

Your Membership must be current through the conference end date, February 15th, 2026.

Two Day Pass:

Collegiate Member Sponsorship

If you're a Collegiate NAfME member you may be eligible for a sponsorship to attend this year's conference. To apply, submit a Sponsorship Application.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations/refund requests must be received by February 1st. No refunds will be processed after that date for any reason. There is a processing charge of 25% of the registration fee for all cancellations/refunds. Cancellations after February 1st are not refundable.

Attendee Information

Please complete the information form below. You can register multiple attendees by clicking the “Add Another Attendee” link. If any attendee will be paying separately for their conference meals they will be emailed a registration confirmation with a link to add and pay for their meals.
