NOW HIRING: Seattle Girls Choir – Vivissimi Director. Approximately 2.5 hrs/wk, $52 an hour. This position is supported by a staff accompanist and teaching assistant.
Start Date: January 2025
Vivissimi is SGC’s choir level for students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade. They are typically promoted from our youngest auditioned choir level, Dolcine, or from our training choir, Entrata. At SGC we teach using solfege names and hand symbols, and choristers at this level receive additional training in sight-reading and music theory. Vivissimi participate in 3-4 performances per season.
