Application requirements – Video Participation:

Upload a testimonial video to this site. It must be in .mp4, .mov .wmv format.

• Minimum performance time: 1 minute, 30 seconds
• Maximum performance time; 3 minutes, 30 seconds.
• Maximum file size: 64 MB

• Video must utilize equipment purchased through the grant, must mention the name of the teacher, name of the school, thank Music Aid Northwest for the grant and show the proceeds of the grant in action.
